The occupied Palestinian territory faces one of the longest-running humanitarian crises in the world. Decades of conflict, displacement, and blockade have left much of the population in need of support. Around 2.2 million people in Gaza alone are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance, while the West Bank also faces rising poverty, restrictions on movement, and limited access to essential services. In Gaza, the situation has become catastrophic, with famine reported in several areas as Israeli blockade has left food supplies to run critically low.
Refugees and vulnerable communities face numerous challenges. Access to safe housing, healthcare, education, and livelihood opportunities is severely restricted, while the ongoing crisis has made basic goods and services unaffordable for many families. As a result, millions depend on humanitarian aid to cover their essential needs.
