The goal of this project is to enhance the employment opportunities and to support the independent subsistence of vulnerable groups in eastern Ukraine through making the education system more efficient and providing entrepreneurship grants, with focus on ICT sector and women's entrepreneurship. Within the scope of this project, training and entrepreneurship grants together with business and career counselling are provided to internally displaced people and other vulnerable groups in Donetsk and Zaporizhia oblasts, and IT training centres are established in Mariupol and Zaporizhia with eight 4-month trainings carried out during the project period. Beetroot Academy, a not-for-profit organization registered in Ukraine is the project partner within the IT trainings part of the project.
