Registration has opened for the "Start Smart" entrepreneurship training, organised as part of the "UPBEAT" labour market programme. The aim of the training is to enhance the competitiveness of young people with refugee and migration backgrounds in entrepreneurship and the job market through learning about artificial intelligence.
AI-powered tools are a vital part of today’s business world. They help improve the employability of people with refugee and migrant backgrounds, contributing to a more inclusive and supportive society.
As part of the UPBEAT project, the entrepreneurship training programme Start Smart is launching for young people with refugee and migrant backgrounds. The programme aims to develop AI-related skills and knowledge to enhance their opportunities in the local job market.
The training sessions, held in Russian, are free of charge and open to young people aged 15–29 with an interest in entrepreneurship and AI. English proficiency is also required, as learning materials are in English. The training and related events will take place in Tallinn from 16 April to 21 May.
